Free Diet Plans - September 29th, 2009

Wouldn’t it be nice if the best diet plans were free? There are free diet plans to be sure. But sometimes, they go to extremes, and they’re a waste of money. Now the best way to diet is to figure out what’s good for you, figure out what you can live with, and ultimately this comes out to be a free diet plan. The problem is most people don’t actually know what they’re doing, and it’s much easier to have a professional tell you what you should be doing, what you should be looking for, etc.

This being said, the first key to free diet plans or any good diet plans is calories. You should never consumer more than 1200 calories on an average day unless you are having a cheat day in any diet. Now if you are an athlete, there are of course exceptions. However, with this in mind, you should also get a calorie counter of some kind to help you to make sure that you are actually getting around that.

Second, you should break your meals up into smaller meals. Smaller meals will give your body a better chance to actually digest the foods as a whole instead of eating it all at once and having your body turn it into fat. It will also significantly raise your metabolism on this kind of diet plan.

Finally, any good diet plan, free diet plan or not, should include exercise. Exercise is key and important in burning more fat and ultimately losing more weight. If you do not have an exercise plan, you can lose weight with extremes. But it’s not healthy, it’s not sustainable, and you will gain it back. So you ultimately speaking have to have an exercise plan.
